Library Assistant for Technical Services and Research Services

The Library Assistant provides support to both the Rubenstein Library Technical Services Department (30 hours a week) and the Rubenstein Library Research Services Department (10 hours a week).  In Technical Services, this position is responsible for the physical intake and initial receipt of archival and manuscript materials. S/he orders, inventories, and organizes archival and office supplies, maintains office equipment, and performs other clerical tasks in support of the Technical Services department. In Research Services, this position is responsible for responding to interlibrary loan (ILL) requests for Rubenstein Library materials.
